BUSINESS ATTRACTION LOAN
The Downtown Development Authority offers a loan guarantee program to assist new business start-ups and the relocation of existing businesses to the Downtown District. MDDA will consider requests to guarantee up to $25,000 or 16% of a business loan, whichever is less. Proceeds of a guaranteed loan can be used for many business purposes.
